The Disharmonist has three different heads to choose from, and the Noise Marines have interchangeable heads and shoulder pads – there are 9 helmeted heads, 5 bare heads, 6 Emperor's Children shoulder pads, and 12 standard ones. There are also different power packs, and speakers for their sonic blasters, making it simple to personalise your squad.
